Hulu App For Mac Mini

I very recently upgraded my mac mini to the new 'early 2009' edition and i'm quite satisfied with the power it delivers. however, since my mini is a media center, i used to enjoy hulu and boxee desktop for tv on demand. Over the last 4 days and shortly after upgrading my mini; hulu desktop gives a black screen after its 'starting...' message. nothing else happens.
Has anybody experienced the same problem as mine with their new mini ?
