Dec 08, 2018 I encountered this problem when i installed the Nord VPN app on my mac. To fix it I when to System Preferences Network then removed Nord VPN from the left column by clicking the minus button at the bottom. I then restarted my machine and the relentless pop up has disappeared. I had to set up my Nord VPN app again after this.
